Beer made with only grains such as sorghum, rice, and millet. They are not made with wheat, rye, or barley. Gluten Free beers must contain less than 20ppm gluten in order for them to be labeled gluten free.

GLUTEN REDUCED

Gluten Reduced Beer is made with an enzyme that breaks down glutinous proteins during the fermentation process. The enzyme does not completely remove the gluten from beer but breaks it down to below the 20ppm threshold thus making it safe(r) for people with gluten sensitivity.

NON-ALCOHOLIC BEER

Non-alcoholic beer is a beer with little, usually up to 0.05% or no alcohol content, and mimics the taste of beer while eliminating the usual effects you get from drinking alcohol.
